In August 2005 I decided to start working out. Suprisingly I got really addicted to it. I was at 117lb @ 6'0" tall, I am now 196lb @ 6'0". I've been eating hard and training hard for 1.5 years; but I did no cardio. My main goal was to bulk up and to cut after. I feel that my body fat percentage is a little high. I've done some online calculators which estimated my body fat to be around 20%. I want to cut down to about 13% with losing minimum muscle tissue. I know I would have to do cardio and change my diet around. im getting 4000 calories in a day 250g protein, 450g carb, 100g fat. Any tips would help. Thanks!

Of course, you'd have to cut back on the calories and then when you do cardio try HIIT.
