Biceps, Triceps, Forearms(grip)

Wednes
Chest, Shoulders

Friday
Legs, Back

Where should i squeeze power clean and such

I'm going to say no but also say it's hard to tell with suck little info you have given.

Guys here will help you out allot but you must provide more info.

I say no only because the is a Power/Strength Forum and just simple things like doing Back and Legs on same day don't fit well in this type of training, they are both 2 MAJOR muscle groups and for most legs alone in a day is very strenuous. I'll be damn if I'm going to load up the Dip belt and do heavy Pull-ups and 2 more routines and also Hit the Squat Rack then do Walking lunges and ect.

Simply provide more info and one of the Power Guys here will set you up right and 1st off start with your goals and how long you been at it!

yea, none of the top powerlifters/weightlifters in the world use total body routines

As far as it being solid, I've never seen anything with an "arm day" that I liked.

for more info, i am training for football, but right now im in track season doin sprints and jumps. my sets besides bench are 3x10,
benches are 5x10 (acend- decend)
