kinda ready to gear up for new weight loss challenge saw push ups in warm ups and realized i just never cared to do them being big but proud of myself did them tonight here's how it went. (i think the incline are right)
inc BB bench (60% inc) 135x12, 155x9, 165x7, 175x4
inc DB flyes (30% inc) 26x15, 36x10, 36x6, 56x4
grip work holding 56 lb DB and wlking up and down driveway 2x each arm til failure.
push ups 3x10, 10 reg style, 10 with hands on bench feet on floor, 10 with feet on bench hands on floor.
biked 2 miles on bike pretty good click to felt great afterwards, might get my elliptical this weekend for structured HIIT
