you find the will power and we'll happily provide the support...start slow...spend the first week 20 minutes a day educating yourself about nutrition and exercise...next week 20 minutes a day at some form of exercise and cut something you KNOW is crap out of your diet...do a little more today than you did yesterday...you'll get there...
