i like totaly need help losing 40 pounds the healthy way because last time i tried to go on a crash diet i ended up in the hospital because of sum ppl that old on me but so i need help losing weight the healthy way i mean if i eat 600 - 800 calories a day is that good enough for me ? and i mean ill eat 3 meals a day so that is healthy right ?

No.
Every person has a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). This is the MINIMUM calories you need to stay alive, sleep, breath, lay around. Mine is about three times that.
It's based on your activity level, etc.
Check the Nutritional Plan at the top to see what your daily minimum may be and go from there. For some it's a little high, but it's a good guideline.

To stay healthy you must eat a minimum of 12 calories per pound of body weight. Otherwise you will be in the hospital again. Don't mean to sound rough. Do the math, and start eating healthy foods.

its a guide line only. To maintain a strting point would be 15.
