I am new to this message board. I am desperate to lose 15lbs. I currently weigh 169.75lbs. I am exercising 7 day's a week and I want to lose this weight in 2 month's. I am not eating junk food at all. I just can't seem to lose the weight. And if I lose a little bit of weight it goes back on again. Is there anyone out there who can help me.

What exactly is your diet? How much are you eating? How often are you eating? What sort of exercise are you doing?

I am playing tennis 3 days a week for 1 hour and walking for 45 minutes every other day. As for food I am eating is not fatty food. I eat curry and rice with my husband, I have a falafel on Thursday for breakfast and we buy breakfast from a Bengali resturant on friday's. I do eat fruit and also low fat yogurt.

Is that all you eat? If so, eat more... is there any protien in there?
I think you may also need more activity. Some resistance training would help, too, I think.

I'm currently doing Power 90. Have been for the past two weeks. I've only lost 2 lbs and I'm busting my rear 6 days a week. My daily calories are from 1200-1350. Should I be eating more or keep up with this slow weight loss??. I was hoping for at least 2-3 lbs a week? Any suggestions?:(

You need to figure out your base caloric needs. You may need to eat more, not sure. It depends on your goals.
What is Power 90?
Safe weight loss is about two to three pounds a week, maybe more at the beginning. Anything more is likely unsafe.
