Hello everyone. My problem is my belly fat. I am 26yrs old, 5'3 and 120lbs. I was going to the gym doing sculpting classes and cardio but I lost weight all over. I lost my butt,legs,and my stomach and waist did go done some. I want to gain mass in my butt and legs not lose. So I stop going to the gym. Does anyone have any ideas.

Start doing squats, lunges, standing hamstring curls, that will get you a but, and for your abs you need to watch what youeat and eat clean foods..

Yeah, eat. Gaining mass demands 3 factors, heavy lifting, adequate rest, and adequate diet.
