Ok, no such thing. Not everyone squats the same way. Anyway I was looking around online today and tried finding a video of someone doing squats with good form (sitting back enough, back arch, etc.)

I tried YouTube, but there were a lot of clips and most didn't look too good to me. I know there have been some posts as of late of people asking about their form and giving a video. How about someone posts a video of someone with good form that people can compare themselves to.

I wish I had a video of Andy squatting. Most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Wide stance, close stance, front squat, etc... All beautiful.

What kind of squat do you mean... Geared? Wide stance? Powerlifting? Olympic?

For an olympic squat, search for a video of pyrros dimas. As for powerlifting, I would say Dr. Squat (Fred Hatfield) had real good form.

Also, remember that most of the videos online are MAXIMAL attempts (posted as PR videos) which is why a lot of them may be shaky.
