hello, i'm new here, however i'm not new to the diet thing.
I have dieted all my life. when i met my husband 8 years ago, i was 119lbs. now i weigh 200.. I keep wondering where i went wrong. i have had 2 children with him. lost the weight from the first. but the youngest baby weight just wont let go. Even when i do diet, i do it right.
but i am left feeling hungry all the time. Whats am i dooing wrong?.. not getting enough to eat?
