I will post more as i get along this challenge with frenchy but I was feeling good i mean my gators won the national championship so I was being the atypical bragging feeling the adrenaline...so here it went

Mutt and i pumping each other mutt says my heel hurts i dont think I'll squat tonight...I replied I dont want excuses....(MISTAKE #1) thinking he wasnt really hurt and feeling down I popped off again and said If you squat I'll squat (keep in mind hurt my quad 4 days ago)..no responses then came MISTAKE #2...I said WHAT ArE YOU CHICKEN!! then did clucking noises in chat lol....MISTAKE #3 I CHALLENGE YOU MUTT!...well challenge accepted and multiplied tenfold
mind you i havent trained squat in 12 years until last week which i might have done wrong resulting in pull/sore quad.. anyway FINAL CHALLENGE PUT OUT THERE! 10 sets of 10 increasing 10lbs each set so not training i did one thing smart I started with just the bar and this is how it went 10x45, 10x55, 10x65, 10x75, 10x85, 10x95, 10x105, 8x115, 7x125, 5x145.....everything over 95 is a best in 12 years!
THANKS FOR THE HUMBLE PIE MUSCLES SORE=LESSON LEARNED!

so end results is my lesson has been learned
