I won't even begin to tell you the past year I have had, it has been filled with the most intense frustrations and pain I have ever felt --but instead am looking toward a better 2007 all around and knew that Freetrainers.com was the place I needed to return to, it is truly the best for knowledgable insight and tips along with great support, so hope you don't mind me pulling up a chair again as I hope to learn from you all once again. I am on a cleansing fast right now, nothing medicinal, just to clear my body and head to prepare for a positive outlook on the new year. Great to be back, already got to say hello to Mutt and Wrestler, so nice to see familiar faces!! CristalBelle Posts: 1,389 Joined: 2003/06/27	2007/01/04, 12:45 PM Lol yes, the great little baby is poking really hard right now. He says "Hi Veda!" I have really set my sights on getting healthy after he's born. I've gained 22lbs so far, which isn't so bad, but the Dr. wanted me to keep it around 15, so I overshot a little. My goal for the year is to lose 30lbs. With walking,a better diet and breastfeeding I really think it's attainable.

This last week he ate a gallon of ice cream in 2 nights. He said it's because he's nervous. If I let myself eat like that when I get nervous I would be the worlds biggest woman lol!
