Yesterday, I used the machine at my gym to check my body fat percentage and it came back as 3%, it was at 12.5% about a month ago. Is this normal? I'm 18 and 60kg (about 130 lbs).

How was this measured? And by who, because I don't think one would survive a healthy life very long at 3%.

There's a machine at my gym that measures blood pressure, weight, and body fat. The body fat part uses a clamp thing that I put on my bicep and I suppose a laser measures the body fat. I've checked twice now. The previous measurement was 3.6% and the latest one was 3.0 %. How else can I make a body fat measurement?

Just impsossible. Check the batteries in this machine.
Try to get a trainer at the gym to use the caliper method.
