Am I Calculating This Correct?
Before FT and on my own in the gym for 1 year.
177 pounds and 21.5% to 22% BF
4 Months after FT.
183 pounds and 14.5% to 15% BF
Now calculating the minus of body fat to lean muscle gain comes up to a 16 pounds in lean mass gain, is that correct?
177 - 21.5% = 139 lbs of LBM
183 - 15% = 155 lbs of LBM
155 - 139 = 16 lbs of LBM
This weight is taken right after I get up and piss other wise it's higher with water water during the day.

Sweet, Now that my lower back and core is strong and stable from past injury I can really push allot harder but still have to remain smart about it!
By the way that 1 year was 3 sets of 15 and the past 4 months have been set of 3 {bench and squat 4, 1 for warm-up} in reps of 6 to 8 and if I hit 10 then it meant it was too lite for me.
I really like the 6 to 8 rang in reps with 1 minute rests, I'm not all sweeten up with a racing heart like quick sets of 15 with 30 seconds rests but on the other hand I'm way more pumped and feeling like I'm actually doing the muscle some good.
In set of 15 I had to lower weight to do next sets but in lower reps I raise the weight and most of all the results speak out for itself.
I'm so excited now that I got my back in order, I can really go at it now and get some real strength gains!

great work MVP.... Just don't expect to have that same rate of muscle gain for the next 4 months. good luck with the training.

Nah I know better but, Legs and Chest will get bigger since I was weakest on them from injury.
My Squats and Bench is climbing up great right now but I know it will slow down in time.

Nice.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!
