Well - not sure what happened to all of the original challengers... but the people who have hung in there and stuck with it are getting great results, even though many people have been sick lately!

typ - down a total of 3 pounds, some flcutuation there, but it should continue to go down once you are feeling better and working out again! You have lost inches on your arms and legs! Keep up the good work! A side note - typ reports that his wife has been getting some nice results also!

thepoohguy - rockin' and rollin'! You have lost 10 pounds so far, and nearly 11 inches! You are doing great! Keep it up!!!!

And the newest addition to our challenge - freedomfound! Since joining the challenge on 11/11 you are down 4 pounds and 5 inches! Keep it up!

I am waiting to hear from reddy and anyone else who still wants to be included in the challenge!

Thanks KC and espically Amy for all your help.

I expect to see some better results soon. I'm going to join a local small gym very close to my house open 24 hours so I don't have to worry about my strange work hours. But I'll be able to do my cardio now, so thats a plus.

Way to go thepoohguy! :dumbbell:

Thanksgiving was nothing KC. It's all about making the right choices, not to mention I've been fighting a cold, so I don't have much of an appetite. I feel it coming back today, so this could be a dangerous week:angry:

Thanks for all your help. I'm hoping to be down another 10 pounds by New Years. I'm only 8 pounds up from my lowest weight in years of last June. Then I crashed and burned!

However, I'm very determined now. I think even more so than before!:)

It must be that time of the year for illness, at least in my house. I had the flu & now its a sinus infection. 6yr old has a sinus infection & the 3 yr old has pnumonia (hope I spelled that right). So it's been a rough couple of weeks here. I'm hoping to get back into the gym tomorrow if all goes well! Congrats to everyone on your accomplishments thus far. Also, many thanks to Amy & KC for all the support!

Okay - I know I have let this slide a little - let's do this - anyone still in the challenege send me your updated stats this Sunday and I will post the total results so far and we will refocus everyone!

So - send them to me and I promise that on Monday i will post your progress!

So - according to the most recent stats that i have received - here is where you all stand:

freedomfound is leading the pack with a 9 pound weight loss, which is 4.13% , and a total of 11.75 inches lost! Great work, freedomfound! Stay motivated and keep going!

coming in second (but I haven't received new stats since 11/27) is thepoohguy - at a loss of 10 pounds, 3.59% and 10.87 inches total! That is awesome - send me an update and stick with it!

typ - you have lost 3 pounds, which is 1.53%, that seems low, but when you look at the inches lost it tells a different story - you have lost 8.5 inches! Keep on working out and stay motivated - the weight will come off! you should feel tighter and leaner!

Everyone that has stuck with this has seen some good results! Keep it up, guys!:dumbbell:

We will see if your results being posted brings some of the silent competitors out of the woodwork...:)

Sorry, I haven't been on over the holidays. Just too many things going on. I will send you my stats ASAP. I am about half afraid though, I didn't eat the greatest over the past week or so.

Ok guys I've joined a gym (finally after 1 1/2 years) so watch out. I'm hoping to take my workouts to the next level again. I'm hoping to beat Amy's impressive losses.
