Hey everyone...

I am looking for some quick and easy exercises that can be performed from home, or away, that require little or no preperation. I am doing a segment for our Campus news and need some ideas.
I was thinking of Crunches for abs, and possibly Lunges and Squats for lower back/leg... any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Luke

Thanks KC... I should have known all the exercises that I should show, but I kind of blanked out to the idea. I ended up going with Pushups, Seat-assisted dips, Crunches, Leg lifts, Lunges, and a short segment on Cardio.
Thanks again...
