Hence I work 9-6 and drive 1 hr each way to work that coupled with my 2 kids I dont have time for a gym. My wife just got a me a weight bench and free weights, but I need a direction on which to go I am starting my weight lifting plan thanks to FT, but I need some advice on Cardio on how to get started I have a Goal of 300lbs by april 2007 or 325 with muscle gain I have tried to run in the past but seem to give up due to my body size it wears on me pretty good...any advice on how to keep a good constant cardio would be great seems like in past I dive in the deep end and get out the program ANY ADVICE PLEASE!

I think thats your best advice right there...stay outta the deep end until your a proficiant swimmer...so to speak....start slow...remember this is a lifestyle change...you won't lose 80 ponds over night..so why attempt to...you gotta crawl before you can walk...dedicate say 10 min 5 days a week to cardio..decide what time you're going to do it...and do it...no excuses...add to that every week until you hit say 30 min...then add that you will jog 5 min of that 30 min...keep adding every week....you'll be runnin before you know it...it's important to have a plan...then stick to it....good luck!

welcome to FT:)
