Just wondering if one should take supplements while injured? I have recently strained my shoulder and am unable to do any lifting, holding the bar for squats hurts it, Should some one take supplements or continue taking supplements, Proteins, Creatine, while injured? I have never taken supplements, eat lots of chicken, cottage cheese, tuna, but am now wondering if supplements may help speed recovery as they appear to be easier to absorb in the body, thus aiding in the reapir of the tissue.
