That all depends on your build. Are you skinny, big boned, etc? Don't concentrate on how much the law of averages says you should weigh. How much do you WANT to weigh?

It's all relative... height-weight ratio (in my opinion) is wrong. I'm right around 205lbs and 5'11" and according to the BMI, I'm at 28.6 which is apparently overweight... according to my bf%, I'm not...
A pound of muscle is more dense than a pound of fat, so don't worry about it too much... like jbennett says, "How much do you WANT to weigh?" That's the important part.

BMI is archaec (sp). The way to go which is supported by most Sports associations is hip to waist ratio.

Ya... I don't agree with the BMI... some people still swear by it though... Hip to Waist is much better....
I'm not sure, but 182 pounds and 6'2" you'd likely look a little thin... maybe ten more pounds of muscle, but it's all up to you.

I would recommend the opposite - muscle first. That should increase your BMR to where you can burn fat faster.

I agree with the guys. Weight is relative. The largest my husband has been is 295lbs at 6ft 2. He had a little bit of a tummy. The smallest I've ever seen him was at his wrestling weight of 240 with not an ounce of fat on him I swear. I could not for the life of me imagine him being lower than 220lbs. I have a friend on the other hand, who is 6ft 2 and weighs 180lbs, and looks completely healthy and normal. It all just depends on your goals. :)
