I have been on Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 1 month now (3 pills in morning, 3 around 5pm).
I am also taking buffered Creatine (2 pills before workout, 2 after).

http://www.ultimatenutrition.com/catalog/sports_nutrition/kre-alkalyn.html

I am taking 2 pills daily of vitamin C and 1 pill daily of B100 Complex (Time Released)
Finally, I am taking 1 pill daily of Niacin (B3) @ 500mg.

I have been on a low carb and low fat diet this whole time.
I work out 5 days/week while doing cardio 7 days/week.

I have lost 3 lbs in this month. If that. I am reading all these stories about people on Hydroxycut losing 35lbs, or 15 lbs in 1 month. I do not understand what i'm doing wrong.

Is the Hydroxycut Hardcore even working? Is it worth the $70 CDN a bottle? What else can I do to cut the excess fat off while maintaining muscle mass?

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am extremely confused!

Your wasting your money BIG TIME!

You lose weight by eating, eating the right foods and good fats! You need to find out what your maintainance level is and eat 200 to 500 calories less then that a day!

Anyway if you do a search in these forums you'll find everything you need to know, it's all spelled out for you but you must do the research of the forum!

By the way if you on a low carb and low fat diet it's my guess your eating like a little girl and not getting enough food in you!

Hydroxycut is just as they advertise...an advertisement. Save your money. Without tracking your diet(intake calories) your assessment of your intake is probably more skewed than you think. You say low carb/low fat. This does not mean anything if the overally scheme of your intake is higher than you need. Most folks underestimate their intake by as much as 50%. The diet is what will cause your weight loss, not hydroxycut.

I can't possibly see you getting 2200 out of:

Fat - 37-40/day
Carb - 50-75/day
Protein - 200/day

Hhere is an example of what I get for me

2270 calories on Friday

62 grams of fat
207 grams of Carbs
228 grams of Protien

This includes Fish Oil, Olive Olive, Natural Peanut Butter and Flax Seed in my Fats!

This all comes out too a 35% Carbs 40% Protien and 25% Fat

Can you see the difference?

You must not only count what it is you eat but what it is you drink as well!

By the way I did the same thing but with Exenedrine EFX or what ever that fake crap is called and to be honest all it did was help me poop for 2 weeks and make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack on the tread mill when I run hard!

They say diet is like 65% out it then come exersize and activity, I say diet is 90% because you can lose weight with out exersize real easy if you get the diet right but you'll lose lots of strenght with the muscle loss and you'll look like a smaller version of the big you because you didn't reshape your body!

I did this 1 too LOL!

Hi blitzburgh...I have to agree with MVP...I would have to doubt you are hitting anywhere close to 2200 cal a day....these are similiar to my macros...and I only hit on a avereage 1450 cal a day....and when I CAN get my cal intake where it should be..1650...I do lose the weight easier.I think you should write down what you eat...and calculate it....if you are only getting 1400 cal and you should be at 2200...the fat will never go away...everything you eat will turn into fat...you're body thinks you are starving. In short...have a closer look at your diet...good luck!:)
OH....and drop the pills....waist of money...you'll do better on your own...drink coffee before you workout...forget about hydroxycut!!!!
