I have set myself a goal to loose at least 10 lbs by christmas. In the past couple I have been doing cardio 3 times a week, and pilates 2-3 times a week. I recently cut my calories down to 1200-1400 per day. Due to my lifestyle, I usually end up staying up until around midnight or later, and I usually stop eatting around 7 or 8 at night. Since cutting down the calories, and restricting myself from eatting late at night, I have recently felt a bit of dizziness later in the night. Ive tried drinking more water, but it doesnt seem to help. Anyone have any advice?

You don't have to stop eating at night!

Make your meals spread out to last you for to entil time your awake!

Eat smarter meals later in the night meaning, if your carb sensitive like me you can start limiting carb intake in the later meals. All my meals have carbs but I try to make my late 1 more on the high end of Protien and Good Fats!

Bottom line is eat as you can or do but be smart about and spread it out through out the day and night.

Hi Slorbets...is 1200-1400 cal enough for you??Possibly you dropped your calorie intake to suddenly..if you were eating say 1800 cal a day...then drop to 1200 a day,I could see how that would throw you off...just a guess though. And maybe more protien.I'm doing a diet challenge and I have to eat 200 g of protein a day...and I never get that dizzy feeling anymore like I used to when eating less protien and higher carbs.Hope you get it figured out soon!!:)

thanks for the replies.

The reason I stopped eatting late at night, is because of all the stuff you hear about how its not good to do so. I guess it does make sense to snack on something light late at night.

Right now I am not lifting weights. I have been sticking to cardio and pilates.
