Baby bear comes down stairs and sits in her little chair, she looks into her porridge bowl and says in a squeaky little voice "who's been eating my porridge!!".Daddy bear comes downstairs and sits in his big chair and looks into his big empty bowl and says in a loud grumble"who's been eating MY porridge!!".Mommy bear puts her head through the serving hatch in the kitchen and says"How many times do I have to go through this with you...it was mommy bear who got up first,it was mommy bear who woke everyone in the house,it was mommy bear who made the coffee,it was mommy bear who unloaded the dinner dishes from the dish washer and put them away,it was mommy bear who went out in the cold morning to fetch the paper,it was mommy bear who cleaned the damn cat box,fed the dogs and gave them all fresh water,it was mommy bear who set the friggin table, and now that you've decided to drag your butts downstairs and grace mommy bears kitchen with your grumpy presence listen good,
'cause I'm only sayin this one more time!!

I HAVEN'T MADE THE F#*^ING PORRIDGE YET!!!!

When I read this this morning I thought it was hysterical!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....I feel like that sometimes. Like Monday. I told my husband he was in charge of dinner cause I had laundry to do. He looked around the kitchen, started to cry because he didn't know how to make anything out of what we have, and then ordered pizza.

My 6 year-old daughter is a picky eater. Unlike my wife I have found the secret. I either make up "cool" names for whatever we are eating or I chop the stuff she "says" she doesn't like so small she can't see it :)

This true...but my husband and I have different veiws on this...he wants them to eat everything..I let them eat what they want...if they're still hungry they get something after...there is very little junk in the house so they cant get in to much trouble. My daughter has taken to chitter chattering with him...asking about his day...how she would like to go play golf with him on the weekend..gets him started..then she walks her plate to the trash..and hes so busy chatting with his lovely daughter...he forgets to check her plate..my husband hasnt caught on yet...I just let her do her thing..

kids are so funny...
