I had a quick look around this site but couldn't find the answer. My body fat percentage is 22%... is that good, bad, or normal? If it is higher than normal, what could i do to try and lower it?

That's my current goal. I would guess it is lower than average but in a good way since the average female is overfat.

I just weighed myself and measured my waist and found out i am 5% bodyfat. I don't really believe it though. Anyways this site really helped me build muscle and i can see huge results and i'm only on my fourth week. I'm only 14 years old so i don't really have fat to hold to so.

Yeah, I would check a different way. 5% is really unhealthy, and can cause a host of hormonal problems that cascade. We as competitors get down to that level, but it is for very short periods of time, with the full knowlege that we will be eating again very soon to bring it back up. Read my post called "a couple words on bodyfat".
