Hi, I'm a new member...

My baby is now almost 8 months old. I got back to my regular weight about 1 month ago, but you know, body fat moved in the process...

I'm doing a routine of cardio and musculation 2-3 times a week, and I'm getting pretty abs, but there is still a good amount of fat above them...

Do you have any tricks for me ?

Thanks,

Mary

Keep a good eye on your nutrition....Are you breastfeeding? It burns up to an additional 1000calories a day...which is why I plan to do so...

I'm still breastfeeding and I plan to do so for a long time...
About the calories needed for breastfeeding I heard that it's about 300-400 calories a day... but maybe it could be from different sources and I also heard that the longer you feed your baby better are the chances that you lose extra weight...

It is also recommended that when you're breastfeeding you don't lose more than 5 pounds a month because you don't want all the bad things stored in your body fat in your milk (exept for the first weeks where you loose really fast)
