Hey I know it sounds crazy but this is what i have every dinner ft long subway club, on parm oregano bread. with: mustard, lettuce, green peppers, spinach leaves, banana peppers, pickles, oil/vinegar, and oregano. It alot nd it leaves me majorly stuffed for hours. I've been reading up on studies showing that certain vegetables like spinach, green peppers etc... basicly the studies say that your body must burn calories to digest these foods. and so far I've not gained anything back but I lose between 2-5 lbs per week.

Switch the bread for wholemeal/wheat for better results, and if at all, skip the sauce.

Subways is OKAY when eating the right thing.

I eat the salads at Subway. They will pile on the veggies if you ash them too. Excellents salads also.

subway isnt bad but watch out for those sauces, although they can add loads of flavour they may also ruin your healthy lunch.
