I weigh around 155 pounds and I really need some advice on how to lose the weight and tone up at the same time. I'm starting to get really down about it and I am unaware of the best diet and exercise to suit my lifestyle, as I have a very active 18 month old boy
The best way to incorporate fitness to your lifestyle, is to include your son! Getting out and running around and playing with him is a good start. Take walks or bikerides with him as well. Anything to get your heartrate up and going will help make a difference. If you dont have the time to get to a gym, there are plenty of great exercise videos that you can buy and do at home. Pilates is one of my personal favourites. Good luck with your fitness goals!
