First thing to do is examine what you eat. Surely there are many food choices you can change. This is the simplest and easiest thing one can do.

If you can't hit the gym go for a walk or shoot some hoops anything that gets you moving.

Start doing some light jogging. i would suggest starting out with 2 intervales of 7-8 minutes with 2-3 minutes rest breaks between. and try working you way to roughly 20 minutes straight, from that point you can increase your intensity.

i know this has been said over and over again but Abs are made in the kitchen, so if your really serious about weight loss and getting fit i suggest you overhaul your eating patterns. Eat lean meats, beans, veggies, whole wheat carbs.

I realize that you dont have a gym in your town so you need to do exercises in which you lift your own body weight so that means push ups, chin ups, pull ups, sit ups and also step ups... man thats a lot of ups

i hope this information helps the ball start rolling
