I went to the Dr yesterday adn got weighed and I am down 7lbs since Feb 7
I am so pleased so is the Dr,only problemn is my body is starting to crave junk food

Congrats! I think that with the junk food, what is it that you crave? Is there a healthy alternative to the kind that you want? My think was pudding, so I switched to a no-fat, no sugar kind. Maybe you could look into something similar to what u are craving.

good to hear your success! I can relate to the junk food cravings... i just keep telling myself that its all in my head, i want but do not NEED the junk. another thing i do is set a goal and a non food reward if i make it... ex: 1 week with no junk food and i can get a pedicure . now im guessing you will choose different rewards for yourself and different goals but it does help. Good luck on continued success, and keep posting it here so we can celebrate/support you.

I was never a junk food person,i think it is the weight loss
If I do get a craving,I have water or fruit

Congrats and keep it up. The only time I really get cravings is on a cut which is basically what you're doing now. I find a teaspoon of natural peanut butter satisfies the need.

You can also brush your teeth when you have a craving. That usually stops the craving since nothing tastes good after brushing
