im 29...30 in a few weeks. I am 5-6 and weigh 240, which is about 50 pounds less than i used to weigh in August of last year. I need some exercise tips, on how to tone up my fatty body, and to lose a little more weight would help. Here is my delima..I have a leaky heart valve and murmor plus have shortness of breath, cardio is very hard for me to do since i get dizzy real fast..before i even sweat. Could someone help me out with what i need to do for tone up? I already have a diet in place for I am diabetic as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

I would honestly go and visit a certified personal trainer and get his or her take on what you can do safely as well as ask your Dr...You can still do cardio,but take it really easy starting out and work up to it...
