i did my normay 2.6 km walk in the morn then went to the gym for 2 hrs in the afternoon(55min totla cardio and mym weights)
them went to work.I came home and did anaother 2.6 km walk
I am so full of energy today that i got out and raked the yard for an hour
Wow, that's one hell of a workout in one day. Just watch you don't over do it, but I know it's great to take advantage of the extra energy when you have it. keep it up pytbull, you're doing awesome!!
