I joined this site in early Feb.Then I found put I needed minor surg,so I put off doing any exercise.Ok it was an excuse not to.Anyways I started this week sincec I am off due to the surg to walk everday with my dog.We do 1/2 hr morn,noon and nite.It is a small thing but I am happy with it.Oncec I get clearance from the Dr I am going to hit the gym

Good stuff pytbull. 30min 3X a day is a great start. Hope you recover quickly and can stay motivated to step everything up once given the OK.
