Hey, I need help on trying to get a bigger butt. I already have a big butt, but i want a bigger one. I aslo want a slim stomach. I like my stomach the way it is now, but everytime i want to gain weight to get a bigger butt, I start getting love handles....But its not that much bu i just dont like it. So what should i eat to get a bigger butt, I also have fast metabloism...Help me Please

Fill out your profile give us a bit more information about yourself...what sort of workout program are you doing? You can't "spot gain" the same as you can't "spot lose"...you can add muscle to your but but you can't add fat there alone.

I just started doing some squats and some lunges. I do want a firm butt, but I also want it to be big! I'm 5'4 and I weight 113 lbs. I think if I'm 120 lbs, it would be better! I think im too skinny now!:(

sounds like you are on the right track, you can't spot gain when it comes to fat, but you can gain muscle size. good luck.

Gott reamember hun...you can only "spot build" so much. Eventually your legs will grow to keep the portion. So if butt gets bigger...so will the legs..

When you get older....take about 5grand and buy you one you want lol

Hmmm,, When I had a PT at the gym he told me that the bubble of a butt has to do with the genetics in your family. AND, the cute bubble butts are just fat. Is that true? Makes me wonder if I do want to go buy one like bigandrew said. Ewwwwwwww, would they just cut you open and insert fat?? Exactly what I am trying to get rid of?

Naw they use plastic or other saline filled stuff I think. Kinda like a calf implant inserted under a muscle.

Anyoen ever watch the king of the hill where Hank had to get a "butt orthodic", it was worn like a belt and it gave him a ass? Oh funny stuff..

I am a very skinny girl who just cannot put weight or muscle on easily. I eat high carb and protein foods ,and take supplemental drinks etc which have high calorific value. Please provide advice on specific exercises to give me a big bum, legs and a truly flat tum as the more that I eat, I only gain a tiny pot belly!! Not a good look methinks!....
