Ok so i calculated how many cal, prot, carb, and fats that i need to lose weight. But while doing the calculations for my friend today who is about 20 lbs lighter than me i noticed that he has lower stats than i do. Does that mean i have to keep recalculating my cal intake due to my body weight, if so then how often, right now im on a 1727 cal diet 209g protein 152g carb and 28g fat. All from healthy food... been pretty religious with the nutrision counter... i have lost 6 lbs in two weeks on this... i also do cardio 3-5 times a week and im doing weights about 4-5 times a week on the exercise program... any info on this would be awsome... thanks.

i change my weight in there every 2 months or so. as long as your still losing weight its all good :) If you stop or even slow down then you might want to take a look why, then updating the info is a good idea.

Do some searches on diet. Or just go thru some of the threads in the specific diet and nutrition forum on the boards. Read thru "diet thread" slowly. Quite the eye opener. Good luck!
