Hey.
I just bought a treadmill, and I am wondering what is the best way to lose weight on it? I am curious about what speed to run, and if I should use the incline or not? I know running for longer is better, but otherwise I am lost! HELP!

Just do it! Keep varying it up. Get your diet right and you will lose weight.

Running longer isn't always better. Try adding in intervals of more intense activity - either incline or speed.
If you haven't been running, start with a walking program and gradually work up to running.

Oh, and if you aren't already - start strength training. You will sculpt your muscles and burn more calories!
There is an at-home, no-equipment-required program here under Exercise programs at the top of the screen.

Like bb1 said get your diet right and you'll lose weight.
treadmills as well as any physical exercise will burn extra calories.
Do a search on diets here and get that right first.
Diet and exercise work hand in hand, one isn't produtive w/o the other.
