hi my name is ravon, i'm 5'5 23yrs old 178 lbs. I want to drop some serious weight, fast, safe and for good. My ultimate goals is to be 115-130 lbs (with some curves). But my immediate goals are 1- drop about 30lbs/20 days if possible*(safely) and 2-(more realistically)-drop 1lb/day for the duration of the "weight loss'portion of my plan. If anyone knows some tips on accomplishing these goals please let me know.

If, as you say, you want to loose it safely, then 1-2lbs/week is a realistic goal-seriously. If you try and drop much more quickly than that you will likely gain it back as quickly as you lost it. Spend the time reading all the great posts on diet and exercise and learn some good habits. It is harder to loose slower, but you will be much more likely to maintian the loss in the long term. 30lb/20days is a ridiculous and dangerous goal!!
