I'm sorry to stay but target fat lose is a myth. But you can do extra cardio to burn more calories and lose more overall fat. The face area just happens to be one of the first areas you lose fat from.

Welcome here Saajan. Yes, clever words from Billk. Try eating more healthy and loose some weight. If it doesn't go away with this then maybe it's genetic..... Your parents have the same thing?

Saajan, listen to the experts. Targeting a specific area for fat loss is a myth. That's why those ab machines don't really work...unless you couple them with a good, sound diet and cardio exercises.
Good luck to you...

lifestyle.. lifestyle.. lifestyle..
:)
A diet is something that is a temporary fix, a change in your lifestyle causes results that last your whole life :).
Sorry.
Anyway, everyone above is right. You can not spot train areas to lose weight there. Fat comes off in layers over your whole body. Cardio and weight training accelerate this process when combined with good nutrition. You must eat right, drink plenty of water, and exercise. If your problem then becomes loose skin, be sure to moisturize the area, and again, drink lots of water, to help your skin retain its elasticity and enable it to form to your new shape!

well....do any type of cardio, fat-burning exercise and it should help shed some fat. But you can not do any specific type of exercise to burn fat in one place. You have to burn it all over.

There is no such thing as spot reduction so your only option is to lose some fat, that should help.

sorry but you cant spot reduce, people just naturally hold more fat in other areas.
