I run pretty regularily, but I'm not sure what your asking. Typically I try and run at least 2 steady pace runs of about 3miles (5km). My other cardio tends to come in the form of swimming and HIIT on a bike. I also do at least 2 usually 3 wt training sessions/week.

Let us know a little more what you're looking for. Welcome to FT

Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

Do any of you keep some kind of running routine? Trying to find something to stick with.

I usually do a nice 10k run in the morning but I doubt you have as much time. If you want the best bang for your time, I'd recommend you do HIIT. Do a search on it here or on google and I'm sure you'll find great routines. It can get pretty intense but the results are worth it! (results are a great motivator too!) If you want to do something that is less demanding, I'd suggest maybe skipping rope, cycling (not the one in the gym). I am sure there are a lot of effective cardio programs that many of the members here have posted, just do a search.
