The best and only accurate way to get your bf measured is to have a professional do it.

You can also purchase body fat calipers. They are very accurate and will give you a good idea of where you stand.

You are still growing.
Focus on eating a balanced, healthy diet and getting regular exercise. You may feel a little heavy, but you have at least five more years of growing to do.
Focus on lean protein, lots of veggies, fresh fruits and good fat from olive oil and avocadoes, nuts.
Find things that are fun to do for exercise = rollerbalding, biking, volleyball, running around playing tag or frisbe. Try to have some fun exercising every day.
Good luck and welcome to FT!

Even simple activities around the house can help up your "excersize" for instance if you have a dog. . . take it on more/longer walks, mow your lawn <I live in TX and it's been in the 80's> or shovel some snow, then make a fort and have a snowball fight if you live up north, or if you don't have one offer to do it for the neighbors. There are lots of small things you can do that only take 15-30 minutes a day but when you add them up, it's alot of activity! I think you will be pleasently supprised!
