Side Lateral Raises with Cans
Instructions
Stand with your knees slightly bent. Grasp a can in each arm with palms facing in.
Bring your arms out to the sides until they are parallel with your shoulders.
Hold for 1-2 seconds, then release back to the starting position.
Tips
Keep your wrist straight and your palms facing down.
