Seated Twists

Instructions

  • This exercise is performed seated on a flat bench or a stool, with a weighted stick or a broom stick.
  • Hold the stick across your shoulders as shown in the pictures.
  • Turn to one side, then to the other side, keeping your lower body steady.

Tips

  • This exercise is great for getting rid of love handles! Try to avoid swinging your body through the motion.
