Seated Twists
Instructions
This exercise is performed seated on a flat bench or a stool, with a weighted stick or a broom stick.
Hold the stick across your shoulders as shown in the pictures.
Turn to one side, then to the other side, keeping your lower body steady.
Tips
This exercise is great for getting rid of love handles! Try to avoid swinging your body through the motion.
