Machine Front Raises
Instructions
Use a machine that allows an arc movement to replicate a dumbbell front raise.
Stand with knees slightly bent, and the handle directly in front of you. Grasp the handle with an overhand grip.
Raise the handle up towards you. Raise it you shoulder height level.
Pause for 1-2 seconds, then release back down to starting position.
Tips
The range of motion is very controlled with the use of the machine. So focus on proper form.
