Incline Seated Calf Raises
Instructions
- Sit on the inclined calf raise machine. Grasp the handles for support.
- Place the balls of your feet on the platform.
- Slowly raise your heels by pressing on the balls of your feet, and contract the
calves.
- Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly lower the heels until you feel a stretch in the
calves.
Tips
- To target inner and outer calves, point your toes inwards and outwards
respectively.
