Incline Seated Calf Raises
Instructions
Sit on the inclined calf raise machine. Grasp the handles for support.
Place the balls of your feet on the platform.
Slowly raise your heels by pressing on the balls of your feet, and contract the calves.
Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly lower the heels until you feel a stretch in the calves.
Tips
To target inner and outer calves, point your toes inwards and outwards respectively.
