Double Arm Can Curls
Instructions
Standing with feet shoulder width apart. Back straight.
Grasp a can in each hand with palms facing in.
Curl the cans up keeping your elbows close to your sides. As you reach the top of the movement twist your hand so your palms face you.
Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds
Tips
Lower the weights down slowly, do not let them drop.
