Bands Tricep Extension
Bands Tricep Extension
Instructions
Stand with one leg slightly backwards. Step with the back leg on the band.
Grab both handles and lift your arms above your head, bending the elbows, as shown in the first picture.
Slowly extend your arms above your head, contracting the triceps muscles.
Pause for 2 seconds, then return to the starting position.
Tips
Increasing tension is done by using a different colored band.
