Wow....

I took a couple of days off.. my evenings were filled and that's when I usually work out... so, caught up tonight...

Chest and abs tonight...

DB Incline Presses: 20x15/13x30/10x35/9x40
Flat Bench DB Flys: 13x20/12x30/10x35/8x40
Crunches: 25x25/25x25/25x25
Leg Raises: 15x5/15x5/15x5
Seated Twists: 15x35/15x35/15x35

I have a bench with a butterfly attachment... first time I used it was tonight... it's a bit different than just using the dumbells... a bit awkward till I figured out how to use it properly.. I did feel it in my chest tonight, though... should feel it tomorrow!
