...I'm beat... should sleep tonight!

Front DB Raises: 12x10/12x15/10x15/8x20
Standing Lat Raises: 12x10/12x10/10x10/8x15
BB Shrugs: 12x70/10x70/10x70

Seated Twists: 25x70/25x70/25x70
Leg Raises: 25x5/25x5/25x5
Crunches: 25x50/25x50/25x50

I threw the shrugs in... it wasn't on my FT plan... didn't hurt I guess...

Abs got the brunt of it tonight...
