WEEK 3

Well into week 3 now and getting to grips a bit more with the regime and the exercises. However, rather annoying when you cant get on some of the equipment when you want to in the gym ggrrr!!
Also trying to get my head round the fact that i'm putting weight on and its muscle and not fat. Just see how things go!!
