Tri, Bi, Abs

Ok, another lunch time workout. The lat machine at the gym is crazy. It is a pin fed system, and has an extra pulley in between the cables. Mine at home is plate loaded with know extra pulleys(raw weight). I am cutting todays machine weights in half. I wish I could push what the little plates said on them.
