tough leg day :-\

i don't know what to think about this leg day, i guess it's good considering i'm coming off of 2 sprained ligaments in the left knee. where has my strength gone??

squats
12 x 105, 10 x 125, 6 x 155, 4 x 155, 12 x 105
- after i did the last set of 155 to failure i made myself work a little extra.

ham curls
12 x 70, 10 x 75, 10 x 75, 8 x 75

sl deadlifts
12 x 105, 10 x 115, 8 x 125, 8 x 125

seated calf raises
3 of 20 x 145

i'm going to have to be patient with my gains here. after taking 2 months off of leg work to rest the knee i am feeling extremely weak. i'd give anything to get back to where i was before. i hate stalling treadmill belts...
