So much energy!!!!

Started my new routine, got up at 5am monday and did 25minutes HIIT

Tuesday's workout -

Pushups 12 on toes/8 knees, 8 on toes/12 kneea, 6 on toes/14 knees
Superset with power rack pull-ups (lying on the floor, pulling up to bar above chest, body planked) 12, 10, 9

DB bench press 25lbs/20 reps, 30/20, 35/15
superset with closegrip lat pulldown 50lbs/25, 60/20 70/15

Incline flyes 15lbs/25, 20/15, 25/12 superset with
widegrip pulldowns 70/20, 70/12, 70/15

Good workout. Sore today!

Wednesday - 5am 25 minutes hill program on elliptical.
