Guys I am PSYCHED! On July 24th, I tested out the exceptionally hyped up diet pills known as Garcina Cambogia. The pitch was that these "miracle" pills would shed pounds of fat, even without changing your diet & exercise routine. They recommended (but didn't require) that you use a colon cleanse pill simultaneously. I admit I was VERY skeptical & figured the best way to test out the GC was to do it without the cleanse pills. So I did. Just for comparison sake, I snapped a pair of "BEFORE" photos & off I went. I don't own a scale (yet) so I was basing the results on how I looked & felt during the month. I felt remarkably better as the month progressed, but wasn't seeing much change. To be fair, I have to note that the closer I got to the 45 day (& empty bottle) mark, I slacked off on taking the pills as directed (4 per day). I was discouraged & almost gave up the idea of ordering a second bottle. However, curiosity got the best of me & I snapped a second pair of photos for comparison. I could not believe my eyes! My belly was flatter, I could see more curves, & I had dropped fat ALL OVER! This got me pumped! & I decided to get on a scale. Again, I was AMAZED! While I had changed NOTHING of my diet & didn't exercise during the month, I had lost 12 LBS!!! This got me thinking. If I lost that much weight without changing anything, what would happen if I ordered that second bottle & a bottle of cleanse pills to go along with a low carb diet & workout routine. I have no answers for this question just yet. I've begun the low carb diet & exercise routine, but I can't order the pills until next weekend. HOWEVER! Just the diet & exercise are giving me some rather noticeable changes as well. I'm not sure if I've dropped anymore weight yet, but I am slimming down & seeing some muscle. This is all VERY exciting for me, & I can't wait to see the amount of progress the next set of photos will reveal on October 15th! If you're curious too, stay tuned!!!
